Name: Corinne
Three words to describe yourself: athletic, curious, shy
Corinne is from Atlanta, Georgia and when I asked if she liked living there, she said, "I liked the convenience of it all." She has a big family, with step-siblings, half-siblings, and a bunch of animals on each side. Corrine loves animals, and as a result, she is studying Animal Science/Pre-Vet, but she thinks the major will change. I asked her what other subjects she might be interested in studying and Corinne said that she likes learning languages. In high school, she took four years of Chinese classes as well as French classes, and now she is taking Spanish classes in college. Through a program at Emory University, Corrine went to China and she said, "I got to make dumblings!" but that "We only saw the sun maybe once." She wants to travel to Europe, and this summer, Corinne is house sitting for special needs animals and is trying to work for a veterinarian. In her free time, she likes to read a lot, especially "dystopian-style books," and she just got a Nook. Corinne used to read the Twilight series but said that the movies ruined it for her. A saying that Corinne lives by is "always keep your eyes open to the future."
