Kristin has lived in Blairsville almost her whole life, but now lives in Demorest, GA where she attends Piedmont College. She is studying Profound and Severe Special Education and she would like to be an art therapist for a special education academy. In high school, she interned for the special ed. department and knew she wanted to continue working in this area. The best thing that has happened to her today was eating frozen yogurt with her friend and my roomie, Sarabeth. She also plays softball at Piedmont and was voted "Best Hair" in high school. Ecuador is her favorite place that she has traveled to, and Kristin went there for a mission trip for a week and a half. She was able to work with kids, and was surprised that in Ecuador, "the food was not good".
