Name: Jackson
Three words to describe yourself: driven, funny, laid-back
Jackson is from Savannah, GA and loves it there because he's twenty minutes from the beach. For the past four summers, he has worked for the same mini golf place. "I tell myself I'm not going back . . . but they somehow entice me to return". In his lifetime, Jackson would like to "be a successful lawyer . . . and have a nice family". He is pre-law and currently studying international affairs--instead of political science--because he feels this field may lead him to more opportunities than politics, such as working for the state department. Jackson has a lot of experience with politics because he had two internships working on the campaigns of Jack Kingston and Saxby Chambliss. He would like to go to UGA's law school or possibly Tulane University and is thinking about practicing corporate law. The TV show "Suits" on USA is his dream job. As far as school goes "Monday through Friday [he's] all business" but likes to go out downtown on the weekends. For Jackson, the best thing about college has been the "freedom . . . doing whatever you want . . . but I've seen a lot of people abuse that privilege". The hardest thing has been "remembering 1000 different people's names that you've just met". His music is consisted of 50 percent country and 50 percent rap, and he likes watching Burn Notice and Law and Order on USA. Being a Georgia native, he also likes watching the Atlanta Falcons and Georgia Bulldogs play.
