Name: Paige
Three words to describe yourself: crazy, organized, outgoing
Paige is from Perry, Georgia and describes it as "a small town . . . but I love it . . . I kind of miss it . . . It's a good town to grow up in." She grew up as an only child but "always wanted an older brother." "Being an only child made me more mature," Paige comments. At UGA Paige is studying Biology and is Pre-Pharmacy because her grandfather had Dementia, while her grandmother had Alzheimer's. After going to school for pharmacy, Paige says that she will probably start out working in a hospital and she eventually wants to do research on Alzheimer's Disease. Paige also wants to have a family, and if she could do anything in the world, Paige would visit all seven continents; specifically Australia. "I've heard it's so beautiful there . . . and beautiful guys . . . I mean their accents? Come on!" she says. Paige has traveled all over the United States as well as to Niagara Falls, Jamaica, France, and Spain, but her favorite trip was to San Francisco, California and to the Grand Canyon. In high school, Paige played swimming, soccer, and softball, or as she puts it: "the three S's." She also loves watching sports including football and basketball. Paige is also involved in the Residence Hall Association, and next semester, she will be a resident assistant in Morris Hall. Paige said that she is excited to "have a sense of community" but is nervous about community-style bathrooms.
