173/365

Name: Jonathan
Three words to describe yourself: happy, enthusiastic, friendly
Jonathan has lived in Peachtree City, Georgia for the past 14 years, but before then, he lived in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Both of his parents moved to Canada for college from Korea and because his dad is a doctor, his family moved to the States. I'm probably going to butcher this next bit, so correct me if I'm wrong, Jonathan. His mom's mom is one of seven kids and during the Korean War, she was able to cross the border to North Korea, but his family does not know where the rest of the family is. Jonathan wants to do audio engineering/music productions because he leads a lot of music worships for church, so he is studying Mass Media Arts at UGA. The list of instruments he pays include: piano, violin, cello, guitar, bass, electric guitar, and acoustic guitar. He wants to graduate, and eventually get married and have a family. I asked Jonathan if he had any desire to travel to Korea, and hi did not as he says, "Asian people are weird." Jonathan further says that he went to public schools that were predominantly all white. He can also understand Korean, but can not speak it very well. Next semester, Jonathan will be a Resident Assistant in Creswell. "I'm pretty outgoing . . . but I'm nervous about getting a bunch of frat guys who go downtown every night," he says. Jonathan also likes The Chronicles of Narnia series, and if he could, Jonathan would like to meet C.S. Lewis. Both of his parents are Christian and he says, "I take my faith really seriously . . . I also think denominations bring separation."
